Welcome to Pankhida Bilaspur 3.0.
By purchasing and using the event pass you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Pass Type & Entry Rules

  • Only Couple Passes are available for this event.
  • Each Couple Pass allows entry for one male and one female or 2 female only. Entry will be denied if both are not present together.
  • A Couple Pass is valid for two days (Day 1 & Day 2). Both passes must be presented at the venue for entry.
  • Entry will not be allowed without a valid pass and ID proof.
  • Duplicate, tampered, or unauthorized passes will not be accepted.

2. Ticket Purchase & Payment

  • Passes must be purchased only through our official website or authorized partners.
  • We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD), where ₹100 is taken as advance booking confirmation.
  • If the COD order is not collected by the customer, the advance amount (₹100) will be non-refundable.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final and non-refundable, except if the event is canceled by the organizer.
  • In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
  • If the event is rescheduled, passes will remain valid. No refunds will be provided.

4. Event Rules & Conduct

  • Attendees must comply with all venue, security, and organizer instructions.
  • Misconduct, harassment, or unlawful behavior will result in removal without refund.
  • Alcohol, drugs, weapons, and restricted items are strictly prohibited.
  • By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotions.

5. Organizer’s Rights

  • The organizer reserves the right to modify event details (venue, timing, schedule, lineup).
  • Entry may be refused or attendees removed for safety/security reasons.
  • Entry is subject to capacity limits, even with valid passes.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Attendance is at your own risk. The organizer is not responsible for:
    • Personal injury, illness, or loss/damage of belongings.
    • Delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by weather, force majeure, or technical issues.
    • Third-party services (transport, accommodation, etc.).

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh courts.
