Refund & Cancellation Policy


Thank you for purchasing passes for Pankhida Bilaspur 3.0. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making your purchase.

1. General Policy

  • All passes (tickets) once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where the event is canceled by the organizer.
  • No partial refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed by the attendee after booking.

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • If the event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund of the ticket amount (excluding the non-refundable partial COD advance, if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5โ€“10 working days from the cancellation announcement.
  • If the event is rescheduled, all passes will remain valid for the new date(s). No refunds will be provided in such cases.

3. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, a booking confirmation advance of โ‚น100 is collected online.
  • If the COD order is not collected by the customer, the advance booking amount (โ‚น100) will be non-refundable.
  • If the order is collected successfully, the advance amount will be adjusted against the final payable amount at delivery.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If the attendee does not attend the event after purchasing a pass, no refund will be provided.

5. Refund Method

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
