Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for purchasing passes for Pankhida Bilaspur 3.0. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making your purchase.
1. General Policy
- All passes (tickets) once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where the event is canceled by the organizer.
- No partial refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed by the attendee after booking.
2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
- If the event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund of the ticket amount (excluding the non-refundable partial COD advance, if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 5โ10 working days from the cancellation announcement.
- If the event is rescheduled, all passes will remain valid for the new date(s). No refunds will be provided in such cases.
3. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, a booking confirmation advance of โน100 is collected online.
- If the COD order is not collected by the customer, the advance booking amount (โน100) will be non-refundable.
- If the order is collected successfully, the advance amount will be adjusted against the final payable amount at delivery.
4. No-Show Policy
- If the attendee does not attend the event after purchasing a pass, no refund will be provided.
5. Refund Method
- Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
