At Pankhida Bilaspur, we ensure that your event passes are delivered to you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

🚚 Delivery Method

All passes are physical passes and will be delivered via courier service to the address provided at checkout.

Customers also have the option to collect their pass at the venue counter in case the delivery is delayed or missed.

⏳ Delivery Time

Passes are generally delivered within 7 days of order confirmation.

To ensure timely access, all passes will be delivered at least 2 days before the event (latest by 20th September 2025).

💰 Shipping & Handling Charges

A flat handling charge of ₹40 applies to every order.

This charge is non-refundable once the pass has been dispatched.

🌍 Delivery Areas

We deliver passes all over India through our trusted courier partners.

📌 Order Cut-off & Event Day Purchases

Online pass sales will close before the event day.

Customers wishing to purchase on the day of the event can do so at the official offline booth outside the venue.

📦 Lost or Undelivered Passes

In the rare case that your courier is lost or you do not receive your pass, we will immediately issue and deliver a replacement pass.

Alternatively, you may collect your pass directly at the venue counter.

💳 Payment Terms

We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD), where customers pay an advance of ₹100 online.

The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.

The advance amount is non-refundable if the order is cancelled or refused at delivery.
